Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Courivo platform, websites and APIs (the “Service”) operated by Courivo (“Courivo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Courivo provides software for courier companies to manage bookings, drivers, dispatch, tracking, invoicing and a branded customer website. We may update, add or remove features over time. We provide the Service on a software-as-a-service basis and do not ourselves carry out any deliveries.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

• The Service is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans (Starter, Growth and Pro).
• Your subscription renews automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
• Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable.
• We may change plan pricing on at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. If a payment fails we may suspend access until the balance is settled. Payments you collect from your own customers may be processed through Stripe under your own arrangements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malware;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other tenants’ data, or our systems;
• Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courivo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
