Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to Courivo subscription payments (Starter, Growth and Pro plans). It sits alongside our Terms of Service. It does not cover payments you collect from your own customers, which you handle under your own arrangements.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If Courivo isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of that first charge and we’ll refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first payment only.
3. Annual plans — pro-rata refunds
For annual plans cancelled after the first 14 days, we provide a pro-rata refund of the unused, whole remaining months of the current annual term. The month in which you cancel and any used months are non-refundable.
4. No refunds after 14 days (monthly plans)
- Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on a monthly plan.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@courivo.com from the email address on your account, with your company name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider (Paddle) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds where there has been a breach of our Terms of Service (for example fraudulent or abusive use). Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales are unaffected by this policy.
